在企业转型升级之际,他们委托铮设计®重新打造品牌VI。
1. 品牌形象脱离传统地产企业
2. 具备可扩展性,未来集团旗下子公司的新标志,将围绕新logo作变形
3. 限定了品牌颜色

基于客户的三个硬性需求,我们提炼出“创造可持续幸福感”这句品牌口号,并以“为人而建筑”作为创意的出发点,设计了“人”字造型。“以人为尺度”则是延伸概念——从自我出发,去丈量世间万物。

我们很期待去见证,在地产企业升级的关键阶段,平面设计将起到怎样的作用。

Huayi 's deep concern for "people" is its unique value that sets it apart from typical real estate companies. During its transformation and upgrading, they commissioned Chengdesign® to redesign their brand VI.

1.Brand image breaks away from traditional real estate companies.
2.The brand logo is scalable.
3.Brand colors are defined.

Based on the client's requirements, we distilled the brand slogan "Creating Sustainable Happiness" and used "Building for People" as the starting point for our creative design of a human-shaped character. The extended concept "Measuring the World by Human Scale" reflects the idea of understanding the world from a personal perspective.
